HALF & HALF (milk, cream), CLAMS (clams, clam juice, water, salt, clam flavor [salt, yeast extract, maltodextrin, natural flavor], sodium tripolyphosphate, carrageenan, calcium disodium EDTA, citric acid, dextrose, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), CLAM STOCK (water, cooked clams in natural juices, salt, butter [cream, salt], natural flavoring, dehydrated potatoes, dextrose, maltodextrin, potato starch, onion powder, codfish powder), POTATO, ONION, BUTTER (cream, salt), CORN STARCH, WHEAT FLOUR, GRANULATED GARLIC, SPICES.

Cooking Instructions

(16 OZ POUCH):
Thaw in the refrigerator. Use the stovetop method for best results. STOVETOP: Place unopened pouch in boiling water and heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Carefully remove pouch, snip corner and pour into serving bowl. CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT. MICROWAVE: Cut across pouch and pour into microwave safe dish. Heat high for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.

(1 GALLON BAG):
Boil bag directly in a large stockpot until product reaches a uniform 165°F. Hold at 145°F or above. Approximate cooking time is 60 minutes from frozen, or 45 minutes if product is refrigerated or thawed. Remove bag carefully from pot, cut across the top and slowly pour into a serving bowl.

CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT.
